Most U.S.private aircraft owners and pilots are aware that their U.S. liability insurance is not valid in Mexico. To provide a comprehensive package of protection for the many private pilots who fly into Mexico, we work through Mexico's leading insurance company - SEGUROS COMERCIAL AMERICA - to develop an attractive and economical Special Coverage contract for private aircraft.

Our Special Tourist Aircraft policy provides the following coverages:

• Bodily Injury and Damage Liability- $270,000 U.S. Combined
  Single Limit.
• Medical Payments - $2,000 per person/ $10,000 per occurrence.
• Legal Service - Reimbursement up to $500 for Mexican lawyer's fees;
  $2,000 for premiums for bail bonds required as a result of a loss with valid mexican receipt (Mexico Factura see below).

Special Conditions:

• Coverage does not apply to Mexican-registered pilots or to Mexican registered aircraft.
• This Special Policy permits multiple entries and exits during the term of the policy with no requirement to report to the insurance company on a per trip basis.
